Vector Unsigned Saturated Subtract of Unsigned Values

The elements in vector b (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers) are subtracted from the elements in vector a (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers) Unsigned arithmetic is performed and under-flows clamp to 0 before writing the result to vector (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers).
