Vector Maximum Based on Absolute Values

The value with the largest magnitude, i.e. absolute value, between corresponding signed elements in vector 'a'(eight signed 16-bit integer numbers) and 'b'(eight signed 16-bit integer numbers) are written to vector (eight signed 16-bit integer numbers)
